PKK365 Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to PKK365. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and PKK365 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") in relation to your access to and use of pkk365.win and any associated mobile applications or services.

PKK365 is an online gaming and casino platform offering Live Casino, Slots, Table Games, Sports Betting and Esports betting to players in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the PKK365 platform. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PKK365.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use PKK365 you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKK365 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit or participate in any games or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, organisations and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be an existing PKK365 account holder. Each player is permitted one account only.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or close associate of PKK365 or any affiliated company, unless express written permission has been granted.
• Your use of the platform must comply with any laws applicable to you in your personal jurisdiction.

Age Verification

PKK365 takes age verification seriously. At any point during your use of the platform we may request documentary proof of your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other official government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of your account and any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

If it is found at any point that a player was under 18 at the time of registering or placing bets, PKK365 reserves the right to void all bets, close the account and withhold any balances in compliance with responsible gaming obligations.

3. Account Registration & Security

Registering an account on PKK365 is free. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on PKK365. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, PKK365 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and consolidate or forfeit balances at its discretion.

Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times.
• You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact PKK365 support immediately at support@pkk365.win.
• PKK365 will never ask for your full password via email, chat or phone.
• PKK365 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account details secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

PKK365 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. This may involve submitting copies of your CNIC or passport, proof of address and proof of payment method. Verification is carried out to protect players, prevent fraud and ensure platform integrity. Accounts that fail or refuse verification may have withdrawals paused until the process is completed.

4. Deposits & Payments

PKK365 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and Debit Card. All deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to and is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — see the Deposit page for current limits.
• PKK365 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Your deposited amount is credited to your account in full.
• Your payment provider may apply its own standard transaction processing charges, which are outside PKK365's control.
• Deposits made in error or that cannot be matched to a valid PKK365 account will be returned to the originating payment method.
• PKK365 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible.

• Withdrawals can be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer in PKR.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply — please refer to the Deposit page for current limits.
• Before your first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) must be completed. This is a one-time requirement unless your circumstances change.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
• PKK365 processes approved withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours. Bank Transfer may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• PKK365 does not charge withdrawal fees on its side. Your payment provider's standard charges may apply.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on your account may require additional verification.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PKK365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions below.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device and per payment method, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and may only be used on the PKK365 platform.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The specific wagering requirement is stated on each offer.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live Casino games and Table Games may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates are stated on each promotion.
• PKK365 reserves the right to withdraw or alter any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and actively being wagered will not be removed mid-session.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions through low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, PKK365's decision is final.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on PKK365 — including Live Casino, Slots, Table Games, Sports Betting and Esports — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participating.

• All bet outcomes are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or altered after placement.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game, PKK365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the round based on the last recorded game state. If resolution is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• PKK365 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live Casino games are conducted by human dealers and recorded in real time.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and vary by title. Limits are displayed within the game interface before each round.
• Sports and Esports betting odds are subject to change before an event begins. Odds at the time of bet confirmation are binding.
• PKK365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.

Cricket & PSL Betting

PKK365 covers Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, Test cricket and other major cricket events. Standard sports betting rules apply. For PSL and international cricket, bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches or matches with no official result will have bets voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKK365. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with games, place bets or manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in Live Casino games.
• Using funds obtained through fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity to make deposits.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute a valid deposit transaction with your payment provider after funds have been wagered on the platform.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at PKK365 staff, live dealers or other players.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

PKK365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment details.
• Chargebacks initiated against PKK365 transactions.
• Identification of duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual.
• A player's self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance (net of active bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any pending verification.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your PKK365 account at any time by contacting support at support@pkk365.win. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and your real-money balance returned. Active bonuses are forfeited on voluntary account closure.

10. Responsible Gaming

PKK365 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable and safe for adults. We encourage all players to approach gaming as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to recover losses.

• Always set a session budget before you start playing and stick to it.
• Do not chase losses. If you have reached your budget for the session, stop.
• Take regular breaks. Extended uninterrupted gaming sessions are not healthy.
• Keep track of the time you spend on the platform.
• Never gamble under the influence of alcohol or when you are emotionally distressed.
• PKK365 is strictly for players aged 18 and above. If you share a device with minors, ensure your account is protected with a strong password and log out after every session.

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction records and account activity are retained for the periods required by our operational and compliance obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

PKK365 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

• PKK365 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• PKK365 is not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• In any event where PKK365 is found to be liable for a direct loss, our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

PKK365 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, we may also notify registered players via their account email address.

Your continued use of the PKK365 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
